Quote:
{2:44} Do you order righteousness of the people and forget yourselves while you recite the Scripture? Then will you not reason?

I suggest,
{2:44} Do you command of people goodness and forget yourselves while you recite the Book? Do you not then reason?

Quote:
{2:45} And seek help through patience and prayer, and indeed, it is difficult except for the humbly submissive [to God]

I suggest,
{2:45} And seek assistance through patience and prayer, and verily, it is huge except for the meek.

Quote:
{2:46} Who are certain that they will meet their Lord and that they will return to Him.

يظنون does not mean "are certain," it means "they believe." "Are certain" would be a translation of يوقنون

Sheikh Shaarawi, may God bless his soul, once defined the degrees of certainty so well. In his explanation, he mentioned that الظن is when certainty exceeds doubt. That's what belief is.

So, I suggest,
{2:46} Who believe that they are meeting their Lord and that they to Him are returning.
